Series TIL high purity fluoropolymer tubing is available as standard in inch sizes of 50' and 100' rolls. The TIL series has outstanding corrosion resistance, compatible with chemicals such as acids, bases and ultrapure water. The TIL series is also compatible with maximum fluid temperatures of up to 200°C.

Series TL high purity fluoropolymer tubing is available as standard in metric sizes of 10m or 20m rolls. The TL series has outstanding corrosion resistance, compatible with chemicals such as acids, bases and ultrapure water.

This tubing comes in four colors – red, black, blue and translucent.  In addition, the size and length variations have been extended allowing you to select exactly what is needed in 9 inch size options. The TILM can also be ordered in seven different lengths from 2 meters straight type up to 100 meter rolls. The TLM is an advanced flexible, heat and chemical resistant tubing that is compatible with a wide range of fluids, and can resist temperatures up to 260°C. The TLM comes in four colors – red, black, blue and translucent.  What is more, we have extended the size and length variations so customers can select exactly what they need in 13 metric size options. It can also be ordered in seven different lengths from 2 meters straight type up to 100 meter rolls. Developed to be combined with our extensive line of fittings, the addition of the TLM tube provides customers with a complete solution for their piping equipment needs.

SMC's 2-layer soft fluropolymer tubing, series TQ, has a special nylon resin outer layer and an inner layer of special fluropolymer.  The internal smoothness of the TQ's inner layer is equivalent to Ra 0.02µm, and because the TQ is translucent it helps in identifying fluid color. Compared to SMC's TL series, flexibility has been improved by up to 55%, and the weight has been reduced by approximately 44%. The TQ is an excellent choice for use in automobile, semiconductor, food, medical and machine tool industries.

Dual layer TUL series provides strong chemical resistance of fluoropolymer inner layer with flexible property of polyurethane outer layer.  TUL is available in 4 colors, black white clear blue and translucent.

Series TUE is a Polyurethane tubing with two layers which provides a higher elemental and physical resistance than the TU alternative. The outer layer is Fluoropolymer to provide the resistance while the inner layer is Polyurethane for flexibility
