IZT41/42-L, Bar Type Ionizer, Separate Controller and Power Supply Module with IO-Link
Show DescriptionThe IZT-L bar ionizer is an industrial static control solution. Bar ionizers generate a curtain of static eliminating ions effective for a distance up to 2000mm/6.5 ft. IZT-L offers several advantages compared to the IZS bar ionizer. The IZT-L's low profile is ideal for tight clearance installations. The power supply and control modules are separate from the bar and can be mounted in a workstation away from the treatment area for easier access and observation during operation. This version is also IO-Link compatible. IO-Link features include communication of function warnings and failures, setting and reporting emitter maintenance detection and setting and reporting various ion generation parameters. The IZT41-L model is for most industries and applications, while the IZT42-L produces low amplitude ion generation pattern for sensitive electronics. One controller can manage a maximum of 4 ionizing bars. Needle cartridges are easily removed without tools for cleaning or end-of-life replacement, further extending this ionizer's value.
