LECS, AC Servo Motor Driver, Pulse Input Type
These LECS drivers for AC servo motors use pulse input for standalone operation by a PLC. The LECSA drives motors with 17-bit incremental encoders, while the LECSB drives motors with 18-bit absolute encoders. The LECSB-T drives motors with a 22-bit absolute encoder. LECSB-T is also compatible with an additional larger motor, adds the STO safety function, and includes push operation capability. LECSA and LECSB-T also include positioning tables as an alternative to pulse input.
- Positioning table available on LECSA (7 points) and LECSC (255 points)
- Compatible motors: 100/200/400W servo motors for 200~230 VAC
- Display and settings buttons for direct input and status monitoring
- Configuration software required (sold separately)
LECSN-T, AC Servo Motor Driver, Ethernet Protocols
The LECSN-T driver combines a common chassis for power and actuator connections with a slot for interchangeable network cards. Cards are available for EtherNet/IP™, EtherCAT®; and PROFINET. Each card includes two 100BASE-TX Ethernet ports for multiple wiring configuration. Each driver can be configured to include the desired network card, but separate cards are also available for changing installation requirements. LECSN-T drives an AC Servo motor with a 22-bit absolute encoder. Real time tuning and vibration suppression control adapt to current conditions as equipment wears over time, leading to short settling times and reduced downtime. Synchronous motions is possible with the EtherCAT® version.
- EtherNet/IP™: AOI available for Studio 5000 Logix Designer
- EtherCAT®: IEC61158 Type 12 CAN application protocol over EtherCAT® (CoE) and IEC61800-7CiA402 drive profile
- PROFINET: includes PROFINET IO Real Time (RT)
- Compatible motors (W): 100/200/400/750
- Power supply voltage (VAC, 50/60Hz): 200~240
- Display and settings buttons for direct input and status monitoring
- LEC-MRC2 Configuration software required (sold separately)
- C-UL-US listed
LECSC, AC Servo Motor Driver, CC-Link
The LECSC drivers are compatible with the CC-Link v1.10 open industrial network, operating AC servo motors with 18-bit absolute encoders. Direct input can be given over the network, at up to a 10 Mbps transmission speed. A positioning table with 255 data points is also available.
- Positioning table points: 255
- Compatible motors (W): 100/200/400
- Power supply voltage (VAC, 50/60Hz): 200~230
- Display and setting buttons for direct input and status monitoring
- LEC-MRC2 Configuration software required (sold separately)
- C-UL-US listed (LECSC2-T only)
LECSS, AC Servo Motor Driver, SSCNET Protocols
The LECSS drivers are compatible with the Mitsubishi's servo system controller network, or SSCNET. LECSS-S drives an AC servo motor with an 18-bit absolute encoder and is compatible with SSCNETIII at up to 50 Mbps bidirectional transmission speed. LECSS-T drives an AC servo motor with a 22-bit absolute encoder, and is compatible with SSCENTIII/H, offering an even higher 150 Mbps bidirectional transmission speed. LECSS-T also adds the STO safety function, improved noise reduction and C-UL-US listing. Both driver types offer pushing operations and are capable of sychronous motion in multi-axis applications.
- Compatible motors (W): 100/200/400
- Power supply voltage (VAC, 50/60Hz): 100~120V no longer available; 200~230 (LECSS-S); 200~240 (LECSS-T)
- Display and settings buttons for direct input and status monitoring
- LEC-MRC2 Configuration software required (sold separately)
- C-UL-US listed (LECSS2-T only)
LECY, AC Servo Motor Driver, MECHATROLINK Protocols
The LECY drivers are compatible with the MECHATROLINK open field network, operating AC servo motors with 20-bit absolute encoders. LECYM uses the MECHATROLINK-II protocol to connect up to 30 units at a max distance of 50m with 10 Mbps transmission speed. LECYU uses the MECHATROLINK-III protocol, connecting up to 62 units at a max distance of 75m between units, with 100 Mbps transmission speed. Synchronous motion control is possible with additional equipment.
- Compatible motors (W): 100/200/400
