ZXP7-X1, Vacuum Gripper Unit for ASSISTA

This vacuum unit is compliant with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation MELFA ASSISTA collaborative robots.  The design is compact and lightweight with many cup configurations including 1 cup, 2 cup, or 4 cup options.  The cup options include variations of shapes, materials, and sizes.  One of the notable options include the FDA compliant cup material.  The unit includes connector, mounting flange, protective cover, and integrated vacuum unit.

  • Integrated vacuum ejector, air supply/release valve, pressure sensor, and cups
  • Cup shape variations: flat, flat with rib, bellows, thin flat, multi-stage bellows, 2.5 bellows, 5.5 stage bellows or without cup
  • Cup material: NBR, silicone rubber, urethane rubber, FKM, FDA compliant silicone rubber
  • Cup diameter sizes (mm): 8, 10, 13, 16, 20, 25, 30, 32
  • Standard ISO9409-1-50-M6
