The SFB300 series clean gas filter is a disposable 316 stainless steel model with a PTFE membrane element that provides 0.01 micron filtration at 99.99% efficiency.  The electrolytic polished housing has smooth flow paths.

  • Operating pressure: 0.99MPa maximum, vacuum 1.3x10-6kPa
  • Rated flow rate: 45 l/min (ANR)
  • Bracket included as standard
  • Connection option: Rc, TSJ, URJ
