SY5100-X30, 5 port Solenoid Valve with Spool Detection
The SY5100-X30 is a 5-port single solenoid valve with spool position detection and a spring return spool. The return spring assures the return of the valve to the safe state when de-energized without requiring pilot pressure. The built-in switch provides an ON signal when the valve is de-energized in its safe state and an OFF signal when the valve is energized.
- Reliably returns to safe state in case of power loss
- Main valve position when valve is OFF: Signal output
- Main valve position when valve is ON: No signal output
- Validated per ISO13849-2 to basic and well-tried safety principles
- Internal and external pilot models available
- Available with M8-3 pin, M8-4 pin and M12-4 pin connector for switch
SY3/5/7000-X350, 5 Port Solenoid Valve with Spring Return Spool
The New SY series has several configurations that can be used to create safe functionality that meets ISO13849-2 requirements. This includes monostable valves with spring return spools, bi-stable valves with detent mechanism, and units for controlling pilot air to portions of the manifold to create machine zones within a common manifold
- Reliably returns to safe state in case of power loss
- Validated per ISO13849-2 to basic and well-tried safety principles
- Available in base mounted or top ported configurations
- Internal and external Pilot models available
SY3/5/7000-X25, Bi-stable 5-Port Solenoid Valve with Detent
The SY3/5/7000-X25 is a bi-stable 5-port solenoid valve with detent. In the case of pressure loss, these valves remain mechanically held in the last position without relying on friction to resist shock or vibration.
- Reliably remains in last state in event of power loss
- Validated per ISO13849-2 to basic and well-tried safety principles
- Available in base mounted or top ported configurations
- Internal and external pilot models available
SY5000, Pilot Air Control Valves
Pilot air control valves are used to split a manifold into separate pneumatically controlled zones. The pilot air control valve controls the pilot air supply for the downstream valves up to the next zone. The zone is taken in/out of service by energizing/de-energizing the control valve. Splitting a manifold into zones can permit a single zone to be switched off for maintenance or due to a safety fault while the remaining valves remain operational.
- Reliably returns to safe state in case of power loss
- Validated per ISO13849-2 to basic and well-tried safety principles
- Internal and external pilot models available
- Available with low wattage coil for continuous duty
